Facility Configuration
Facility settings apply to all units and patients within the facility. Only admins can edit facility settings.
Facility Settings
Navigate to Management → Facility to view and edit:

| Name | Display name for the facility |
| Address | Physical address (optional) |
| Timezone | Facility's local timezone — displayed as the current abbreviation (e.g., EDT, CDT) |
SSO and EMR integration are configured on their own screens under Management → Integrations.
Timezone
The facility timezone determines:
- When shifts start and end
- How timestamps display in reports
- Night mode protocol activation times
All data is stored in UTC. The timezone setting controls display and scheduling only. Changing it won't affect historical data.
Multi-Facility Support
Organizations with multiple facilities can manage them from a single account:
- Each facility has independent units, staff, and patients
- Staff accounts can be assigned to multiple facilities
- Reports can be generated per-facility or organization-wide
