Alert Configuration

Alerts notify staff when attention is required. Configuration controls what triggers alerts and how they escalate.

Escalation Configuration

Alerts escalate through levels until acknowledged. Configure escalation at the unit level.

Customizing Escalation

  1. Navigate to ManagementFacilityUnits → [Unit Name]
  2. Open Alert Settings
  3. Adjust delays for each level
  4. Configure recipient roles for each level
  5. Tap Save

Vital Sign Thresholds

Critical vital alerts trigger when values fall outside the normal ranges.

Vital sign thresholds use standard clinical ranges and are the same for every facility.

Push Notifications

Staff receive push notifications for:

  • Alerts at their escalation level
  • Alerts for their assigned patients
  • Delegated alerts

Notifications are delivered on iOS, Android, and web, and can be managed per-device in the app settings. On web, enable notifications when prompted or from your profile.

Alert Priority

Alerts have priority levels affecting notification behavior:
